If you’ve hired a beauty marketing agency, or even just looked into it, you’ll know that they can cost thousands of dollars. If you’ve worked with them, then you’ll also know that they love to overpromise, and often under-deliver. This means your hard earned money gets flushed down the toilet.

CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO RUN ADS

Maybe you’ve tried taking things into your own hands already, or maybe the overwhelm of learning ads has stopped you dead in your tracks. IT WAS A ROUGH START.

I used to have a regular job as a Healthcare professional. I did that for 7 years, knowing I wanted to leave the field but not knowing what I wanted to do next. My dream was to get out of the rat race and be a business owner.

My most noteable disappointment on my pursuit of success was the four marketing agencies that I hired. 

They were beauty service industry-specific marketers. They had big vivid promises which suck you in, and somehow convince you that their services are worth thousands of dollars, and in return they will have you fully booked.

What a bloody lie. I never got more than 7 bookings from one marketer. One of them even got me zero results. That’s right. ZERO. Nadda.

What a punch in the throat after dishing out thousands of my own hard earned dollars to some “marketing guru”, that their ads looked like they were written by a six year old. I couldn’t imagine what their ad “targeting” was like…

I was so insanely frustrated with years of struggling in my business and barely making ends meet. All I wanted to do was go full time with doing permanent makeup and lashes from my home studio.

So, I took matters into my own hands. I started the long and painful journey of figuring out social media ads, by myself.

By trial and error, and well over $10k spent on advertising education, I finally found what actually works.

YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED.

I went from just a few clients a month, to being fully booked.

Now I consistently hit 6 figures year after year with my ad strategy. 

When I realized how well this works, I decided I needed to share this with the beauty boss world. 

I know I’m not alone with my horrifically frustrating struggle to build consistent clientele. I see it posted on facebook beauty groups all the time; girls that are desperate for some help because, let’s face it, advertising is not easy. Facebook ads are, unfortunately, not easy. 

And I’m not lying when I say I had a b*tch of a time getting to the results I get now.
